Get StartedQuestions about wealth tracking in Qatar
Which assets can I track with Tharawat?
Tharawat supports bank accounts, investments, real estate, crypto holdings and debts. Your overview depends on the records and valuations available in your account; it is not an independently verified statement of your wealth.
Can I add Qatari and foreign bank accounts?
Yes. You can manually record accounts with banks in Qatar, the UAE and other countries. Your country flavor does not restrict your bank choices. A listing or logo does not mean a live banking integration exists; simulated connections are demo data, not real bank synchronization.
Can I report in Qatari riyals and keep an AED account?
Yes. Choose QAR as your reporting currency while recording a UAE account in AED. Changing the country flavor does not change existing balances or account currencies. Currency conversions use indicative app rates, not guaranteed transaction quotes.
How does Tharawat help me estimate zakat?
Tharawat provides a zakat estimate using the asset records and calculation settings available in your account. Check which assets are included and the nisab assumption before relying on a result. The estimate is informational, not a fatwa or a determination of your personal obligation.
Does Sharia screening certify an investment as halal?
No. Tharawat displays screening indicators to support your own review; these are not a religious certification, a fatwa or investment advice. Check the underlying information and consult a qualified adviser when needed.
How much does Tharawat cost?
The current plans, prices and feature limits are shown in the pricing section on this page. Check that section before signing up because administrators can update the catalog. This FAQ does not quote a fixed subscription price.
Which languages are available in the Qatar edition?
The Qatar edition is currently available in English. The Saudi edition also supports Arabic. Additional regional language versions will be activated separately.
Are market prices and portfolio values always live?
No. Market data can be delayed or unavailable, and some values are entered manually. Review the date and source of a value before acting on it and verify decision-critical figures with the relevant provider.
